For the utmost in convenience, travelers may report claims and review their claim status of previously
reported claims online, if they choose to do so. Online reporting provides our customers with greater
flexibility in submitting their claim and obtaining the appropriate claim forms.

Global Xpi
Global Xpi, is an Internet-based health information service, that allows you to easily store, access and update your medical information in a secure environment. Once you have registered, you will be issued a Global Xpi card that allows you to share your registered information with a treating physician, pharmacist or health care provider.
With your purchase of a Trip Mate administered travel protection plan, Global Xpi is available. This service will remain available to you for up to 90 days after your scheduled return date of your trip.
